More Ribs!

With all the rib postings I thought we better join the party and cooked up a slab of spars for Sunday night. Used the 3-2-1 method with homemade rub and bbq sauce. 1/2 the rack got sauced and the other half left Memphis style for the wife and kidos.

Plated up with some homemade tator salad from the wife and carrots

Monkey see monkey do, as he would NOT eat the meat until his older brother was seen gnawing the meat off the bone and then he followed suit.

These spar ribs came from Hy-Vee in Sheldon but are packaged from Hormel so you can propbaly pick them up lots of places. Otherwise a lot of the meat I buy is either from a local butcher or Sams' Club.
