Stuffed loin (very pic heavy)

Hey everyone, I hope all are enjoying their summer so far. Just posting a stuffed pork loin we did a bit ago, the kids favorite. Brown sugar, apples, and spiced rum. Made a glaze to slather on near the end once the bacon was crisp.

Have a great weekend everyone. I have not been keeping up lately on any posts but will be on a bit more often again.

Spiced rum inside and out. The glaze is just a simple equal part butter. Brown sugar. And spiced run as well.

So.... simply pour the rum over the loin - add brown sugar and apples....

Sounds simple enough to me - absolutely going to go try this one.

No. I Bring to a short boil then simmer for a few min. I am just south west of Edmonton. Woodbend/ Pine Valley area. Just north of the river from Devon.
