I can't remember if I saw this here or elsewhere. Pineapple, onion, cheese, bacon rings.

Cut an onion strip forming a "bowl".
Lay in pineapple and cheese.
Wrap it in bacon.
Season and egg.

It was ok. Next time I'll. ..
Cut the onion thicker making a deeper bowl.
Place the pineapple and bacon in the freezer a while.
Use the large rings making it easier to wrap
Let the cheese warm making it bend easier.
Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN

    I usually go for anything wrapped it bacon.  And I love all those ingredients but can't imagine them all lumped together......  Would love to try it though.
