Marinated in Red Curry Paste overnight. In the Mini for one hour at 400F dome. Steamed vegetables, turmeric Jasmine rice…tomatoes from the garden. Dipping sauces, Soy with Sriracha and Nouc Mamn.

- Nouc Mamn is a very popular, and delicious, Vietnamese dipping sauce.
- ½ cup lime juice
- 1 ½ cups water
- ¼ cup sugar, to taste
- ½ cup fish sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ea Thai red pepper, minced
- 1 teaspoon carrot, threads
Mix the first three ingredients to make limeade.
Add fish sauce to taste.
