Dumped a whole wok full of boiling water on my legs and feet tonight, cleaning up after a cook.  Hindsight is wonderful.

Ice, aloe from the yard, and hydrocodone.  Ouch.  If that had been oil I would be in the hospital.  It is so easy to become complacent with things that are really dangerous even if they are every day.

Hope you are ok Doc. Be glad it wasn't hot oil. Could have a disaster.

Good advice Doc. It's very easy to become complacent when you do the same thing repetitively. (Grilling, frying egging). Not trying to make light of what happend but that would have been catostrofic if that would have been oil instead of water. Sorry it happend my friend and I hope that you are ok.
