Clean out the sauce shelf wings

The SWMBO is out of town so I cook what she won't eat and I will. So wings it is. Dried in the fridge for about 5hrs and dusted with DP Swamp Venom and cornstarch. Onto the egg at 425 raised direct with one flip image While that was goin on I decided to sauce them, generally I don't. Had a little bit of Franks and Sriracha Sauce. Mixed that up and wasn't quite happy so added a bit of Soy. Gettin close so I added a bit of Stubbs BBQ for some sweetness. Turned out really good for a hodgepodge sauce. Sauced wings and back on egg to firm up a bit image And plated image -----------------------------------------
