A recommendation for Berkshire

I was happy to see a vendor start offering Berkshire breed pork at the local farmer's market. 1st time I've seen any in the area. Have been hesitant to buy online, as it tends to be expensive, and more so after shipping.
The 2 pork steaks were $11, but easily some of the best pork I've eaten. Fixed them w. just salt and a tiny bit of sugar rubbed in.
I looked up the farm site, and perhaps some of the quality was due to the hogs being fed goats milk. Don't know, but every bite was delicious and tender.
