    They were tender and juicy ! I had bone in chops cut at BJ s an inch and a half thick. While I heated up the egg , I heated up the plate setter , removed it for the sear , and put it back in for the finish . Onions and sauce went on before I closed the lid to bake them . The centers were 110* after the sear. Took about 20 - 30 minutes to bake up to 165* internal .
