Noob Egg Owner - First Time for Baby Back Ribs

How long is too long to leave ribs in the fridge covered in rub before smoking them?   Would 36 hours be too long?   I prepped some last night.

Thanks in advance!

+1 assuming they haven't already been in the refrigerator for an extended time. OTOH, I am not sure you gain much doing that. I typically rub mine just before putting them on.

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.
