Chicken, redskins and zucchini

My wife found a few new recipes today so we did an encrusted chicken with redskin potatoes, onion and also grilled balsamic and herb zucchini. Everything was done on the Egg once again and turned out great. This is going to be a great summer....sorry about the pics, I was halfway through dinner when I remembered I forgot to take them.
