Dang this was goood! 6 1/2 pounder 400 raised direct with 3 chunks of cherry, second pic is 35/40 minutes in and I forgot the finished photo which was on for 75 minutes and it was Great. I feed 4 people for 99 cents a pound.

    Nice cook!!  That always happens to me too - pictures up to the end of the cook - then the running around starts.  Then the eating.  Then no more pictures...

    Hey mcmac It's a XL which I LOVE, I failed to mention I brined/rinsed/patted dry then coated with EVOO and DP Raging River!
