I think in the US this is prime rib......... 1 - Indirect 170c until internal temp 45c 2 - cattle grate on and crank up to 300c 3 - chuck it on with some marrow bones 4- sear!!! 5 - EAT Marrow brilliant on baked potato and found this reverse cooking method works really well with lamb leg.....
