I think in the US this is prime rib.........
1 - Indirect 170c until internal temp 45c
2 - cattle grate on and crank up to 300c
3 - chuck it on with some marrow bones
4- sear!!!
5 - EAT
Marrow brilliant on baked potato and found this reverse cooking method works really well with lamb leg.....

Looks good on my end brother. It's hard to tell in the picture but are the bones in the raw or pulled from a previously cooked meat? Just curious as every one has different preferences and technics.
