Mothers Day Dinner

Did a couple of 5lb Tenderloins and 4 lobster tails for Mothers day.  Tenderloins were done at 350 in direct until they reached 120 internal temp.

Shot the temp up to 550 and did a quick sear. Cooked the lobster and asparagus at the same time while the beef rested on the raised grate tented with foil.

All in all one of the better cooks overall. Mom in law loved it and SWMBO did too!!  Usually MIL likes to go out but I convinced her eating BGE would be way better, she agreed!!!!

And we get the added bonus of making sandwhiches!!!!!!!!!
