    Flank steak with cheese, peppers, and spinach wrapped tight with bacon. The butcher made them up and used his own seasoning. Cooked direct at 475 degrees for about 5 minutes a side. Internal temp was all over the place ranging from 125-155. They didn't cook as even as I hoped, but tasted eggilicious. I originally went to the butcher to get some buffalo steaks and all of his buffalo was frozen, so I got these instead.
