BGE Mac n Cheese

My second attempt at the recipe from the BGE cook book, makes a nice and cheesy dinner!

You can see this recipe has a fair share of ingredients, but it goes together really easily!

I did this batch at 350* indirect for approximately 50 minutes on the Egg in my dutch oven!

Turned out really well, only next time I may change up the noodle selection, go with a traditional macaroni.  I did take the lid off for the last 15 minutes to brown up the panko and let some of the hickory smoke I added get soaked up by the cheese!

Everyone here enjoyed the dish,

Anyone else tried this one and if so, any wins or losses?

I think after cooking on my egg for the past three years, and pretty much trying everything, I may need some sort of intervention? Problem is none of my friends or family would try and stop me cause they love the food too!

It has a very nice blend of cheeses, and the light smoke for me just adds that extra wow factor to it.  I served it up last night for four and although it makes a large portion, I was left with an empty dutch oven.
