My second attempt at the recipe from the BGE cook book, makes a nice and cheesy dinner!
You can see this recipe has a fair share of ingredients, but it goes together really easily!
I did this batch at 350* indirect for approximately 50 minutes on the Egg in my dutch oven!
Turned out really well, only next time I may change up the noodle selection, go with a traditional macaroni. I did take the lid off for the last 15 minutes to brown up the panko and let some of the hickory smoke I added get soaked up by the cheese!
