I have a 14" BGE deep dish pizza stone for use on my medium. If I want a regular pizza instead of deep dish pizza can I just turn the stone over and use the bottom of the stone? Thanks.

    Can't see why you shouldn't give it a try. It may be thinner than ideal, but it should probably still work.

    Dough is cheap and pizza is fast, seems to be a low risk endeavor.
