Getting close. 2 hours indirect at 250, 90 minutes in foil with butter, apple juice and brown sugar, and now a little sauce.

    They turned out great Jeff. Ate without taking final pics but they were excellent. Only wish I had cooked more.

    Might be the families favorite cook. When I use to foil I used similar things but instead of apple juice I used honey. Kids loved it

    Try pineapple juice as well in the foil stage, makes for a great flavour!
