What I did on my day off.

Options
Taking advantage of my day off today. Calibrated all my thermometers (the one on the Egg was about 100 degrees off), the Maverick and the BGE stick pin thermometer (was a gift) were close. The Maverick was right on the money with the boil point test, and the BGE stick was within 2 degrees. About to fire up the egg to cook some pork loin, chicken, going to try Bacon wrapped tater tots (something new to me at least), mixed veggies, and some crab mac and cheese. Should be good for the rest of the week now!

Large, soon to have another size TBD
