All in all - great meal. Thought the crust on the steak was a hair too crunchy, and the steak a few degrees over cooked. But, enjoyable to say the least.

    @FLbobecu‌...these turned out----mmmmm delicious per these pics. The aged steaks with great marbling paid off big time.

    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.

    I would pay more for that steak then I would the shun that looks amazing. Nothing against the shun would love one.

    Thanks. :) I managed to snag the Shun at $65 off. Paid $100 and change for it. My first Shun. I've got a few other Japanese knives as well. :)
