May the bunnies be good to you all! Cooking up a rainy Good Friday Lunch of grilled calamari and shrimp along with cedar planked salmon. Here's my rainy day setup while I enjoy a good glass of red wine. Pics of plates to follow.

Knocked out grilled calamari, shrimp and planked salmon.   Calamari was such a hit I didn't get time to take plated pics of the others but here they are.  Listening to The Band, full of red wine and loaded with a flask of Knob Creek Reserve heading to the Trailer Park Boys "Don't Legalize It" release in about a half hour.  How Canadian is that? Good Friday evening and Happy Easter Eggers!
