Tonight's meal Swamp Wings and Turbo Spares

Cleaned out refrigerator tonight, started with some wings, nice coating of Swamp Venom cooked for about an hour at 350 indirect, used gasser side burner to make a sauce out of butter and Franks Red Hot Sauce, wings were perfectly crisp and nice combo on the Swamp Venom and sauce. Also had a rack of spares and hit them with mustard and Dizzy Dust....350 for an hour and forty five minutes...glazed with Blues Hog 50/50. Great little dinner on a Tuesday night.imageimage
