Santa Maria Tri Tip with Kale & Spinach

Got back in town in time to cook dinner did a reverse sear tri tip.

For the greens, heated EVOO in a skillet, added a big mound of fresh garlic and cooked until just starting to brown, then added the kale and baby spinach and cooked until wilted. Removed to a bowl and added salt, pepper, lemon zest and lemon juice.
