Rib Experiment

Turned out Great!


5-6 hours at 250- 300

Rub:
Emeril's Rib Rub lightly dusted on each side
1Tbs Ground Ginger dusted on meat side
1tsp Ground Cumin on meat side

Spritz:
After one hour, spritz with liquid by ratio:
1/4 Soy Sauce,
1/2 Apple Cider
1/4 Water

Spritz every half hour until 1 hour remains.

Sauce:
When one hour is left, lightly spread with
sauce by ratio:
3/4 Sweet Baby Ray's Cola BBQ sauce
1/4 plain ketchup
5 dashes Thai Fish Sauce
5 dashes Soy Sauce

Real good!
