Out of lump!

Laziness is the problem...

I had plenty for a while... this weekend I picked up a small 'central market'  5lb bag.  It doesn't really even fill the large, but I had leftover rockwood in the egg.  I cooked a turbo butt and some beef and pork ribs, ran the egg for about 7 hours total.

Last night, quick cook of some salmon.. I used the leftover lump and a very few pieces left from various bags.  And now I'm out of lump entirely.  I've run dry!

I'm buying some OO today.  Maybe another RW group buy in austin?

Agreed @eggcelsior...  I think it was Marx: "Lump from Centex according to his ability, to me according to my need" :)

I have an OO source nearby, I've just been remiss in staying stocked properly.    This may end up working out - SWMBO didn't like that I ran dry.

I'll get it started: I'm in for a whole pallet but I don't want to organize this one.
