Butcher Paper vs Foil Wrapping

I wanted to see if any Eggheads are using butcher paper instead of foil to wrap their low and slow cooks. There's several articles showing BBQ Joints that have decided to replace foil wrapping with butcher paper to get a better final product. - Would you ever use butcher paper to replace foil for your low and slow? - Do you think butcher paper would provide a better result over using foil to wrap a brisket, butt of ribs?
