Looks un-used with all the packing materials still in place.

I'm guessing this predates the Big Green Egg.

If from the '60s these are clay based not ceramic, understand they work very well, but not designed for high heat. Use as a smoker is best I'd think. Saw an old post on BBQ Brethren maybe 4 or 5 years ago, pictures almost look the same. There is no logic for antique pricing, to some it is worthless, to others it may be very valuable.Delta B.C. - Whiskey and steak, because no good story ever started with someone having a salad!

People on this forum sink $200 in restoring these on a regular basis. So I figured one in NOS condition for a $200 asking price would make someone an interesting store display piece if nothing else. Especially if you lived in FL. Might even be one of the original ones that Ed Fisher imported, and copiously based his design on back in the day. The hinges look like what was previously used on the mini.

Was just researching one on Craigslist in my area, definitely never been used, tempted to buy, but would probably just sit in my garage.

I would've gotten that one but can't get a ride with enough room from Greensboro. The owner told me he'd go as low as $250.Large BGE and Medium BGE

That looks like a Sazco Genie to me. Same hinge set up and clay finish on the kettle 60's 70's.
