Steelhead for the first time

Steelhead and asparagus on the BGE direct at 325 for 20 minutes, cauliflower at 500 for 15 minutes. Very tasty meal. Wife was especially pleased (doesn't usually like salmon) and wants to do this again for our daughters and sons-in-law.

Being that I'm only 5'5" (Little Steven isn't the shortest guy on the forum), I hardly ever get that kind of point of view that is displayed in your pic. Steelhead looks very good btw.

Good looking cook. The wife and I really like steelhead. She also prefers it to salmon. I usually marinate it in soy sauce and dill along with a couple of other things. Very tasty.
