Slainte! Somewhat OT.

I cured this brisket during the week and cooked up some corned beef and cabbage for a family St. Pats celebration yesterday. Blame it on my Irish heritage and adult beverages, but I don't have any pictures of that meal. I did continue the festivities tonight with this modest Reuben. I made some sauerkraut back in the fall that really made this bad boy sing. Paired with a good ole Black and Tan. I have the other half of the cured brisket for pastrami. I'll do my best for those pics, but if the Guinness is still in the house, all bets are off. Cheers.
