Looking for some ideas/help here.
Due to time constraints, can't stay home and smoke a corned beef all day tomorrow.
So, I have a corned beef on the smoker now. Been on for about an hour and a half. Thinking I'll go another couple of hours or 125 degrees internal.
Then, tomorrow, wrap and into the oven at 350 until 190 internal.
I know it isn't ideal....what do you think? Or has anyone done this and had success? Or does anyone have any other suggestions?
Thanks in advance!!
