Tri-Tip Accolade!

I was finally able to secure a couple of Tri-Tips! Used the Eggtoberfest 99 Tri-Top recipe by Grillin Bill with a couple of slight differences. It was fantastic, except for the price. It was $7.99 per lb., but worth it.
If you haven't tried it yet or unable to locate one(or two), worry the hell out of your butcher until they supply it; it's worth it, and the BGE did a great job!
