My friend bought an Egg in Austin. This came with it. I think it's handheld but scale is hard to see. It is a medium Egg I think.

Yep caster wrench. Must have 10 in the tool box. I have Intermetro steel racks in the garage and there is usually two in a setup.Large, small and mini now Egging in Rowlett Tx
