I was out all day, got a text from SWMBO, saying she is preparing a bacon wrapped meatloaf for tonight's meal. She sent me a few tease pics of the process. Got home and got the small egg to 375* indirect. Grilled for 70 mins. It was one pound of hamburger seasoned, laid out flat, put garlic mashed potatoes on the meat, along with sautéed mushrooms onions, in a sour cream sauce. Then it was rolled, and then wrapped in a bacon weave. Good eats again.

That is a good woman you got there!  That is one fine looking meal!  Mashed potatoes stuffed in the meatloaf...I'm in! 

What is that side item?  Not the broccoli but the other one.  Sketty squash??
