Thanks to this forum and the people that suggested giving brisket a shot, we enjoyed leftover brisket in our fajitas. We had cut up the remaining brisket from last week and vacumn sealed pieces of it. Just cooked the veggies on the small egg, and then cut up the brisket into small pieces and put it in with the veggies. Turned out great. Thanks again everyone. YOU ROCK!
