Ok, maybe its not spring yet, but it sure feels like it. Mixed up some chili with leftover brisket, some Italian sausage, and a few cubes of steak meat I had. Largely based on Egret's recipe, but no beans.
Have a pork butt to go on overnight later as well. Have a couples evening tonight with some friends, going out and leaving the kids with a sitter.
All this will be for tomorrow, Daytona 500 and BBQ!
