I do most of the cooking and baking. If it's smoking it's cooking if it's burning it's done...wife's motto
  • Uh Hem.  Ehhh...  Its not her fault, she learned from her Mom!  Her Mom cooked all meat in a pressure cooker, or boiled it.  Not sure if that's due to her being from Scottland.

Now that I have been cooking most of the meals, my wife decided she had better cook more as well.  Nothing worse that watching her put a chicken into a pressure cooker so she can pull it for enchiladas.  It takes all I have not to yell out "I could spatchcock it and cook it on the egg!" which she loves.

To be fare though, she has come along way....  and so have I.

Yep, she can cook some things better than me, like Italian and Mexican. But BBQ, that's when l let the egg do the heavy lifting. The only lifting I do are those 20 oz imperial pint curls. I think I rep those out too much.
