V-DAY: dry aged NY Strip w/ Creole Brandy Sauce (pics)

V-DAY dinner was a home run.  I made the steak rub and brandy sauce from Nibble Me This (http://www.nibblemethis.com/2009/05/beef-tenderloin-with-creole-brandy.html) and it was nothing short of amazing.  I went reverse sear and finished in a blazing cast iron skillet - perfect griddle crust.  Plated the steak with homemade creamed spinach (my fav) and twice baked potato (wifes fav).  Thanks for looking . . . and try this brandy steak sauce!
