Pork Loin & ABT's

4 pound pork loin brined then rubbed and slow smoked at 250 with 2 chunks of cherry along with ABT's. I cooked the ABT's until they were done which took an hour at 250, the pork went for 90 minutes too 122 IT then I pulled the plate setter and opened it up to 550 and reversed seared turning every 2 minutes until 140/143 IT. Nice smoke on the pork.
