Brisket-Packer-Slicing????????????

Is there a great video out there showing how to slice a packer up once it has been cooked?

I am very comfortable cooking a packer, I am concerned serving it.

I need a good video showing the separation of the packer and the slicing.

Also what to do with the parts.  I hear about burnt ends and doing this with that.

Is there a good tutorial to walk you through it.

If I remember correctly Aaron franklin has a video on you tube about how he cooks and cuts his brisket. Great series!

I have referred back to this one a few times... the last 60 seconds or so has some good tips about prepping steps that aid in slicing...might be other post cook segments
