Family wanted hot dogs rolled in pretzel bread...As good as they are...I can only have them every once in a while...so I opted for a porterhouse.
Hit it with a combo of salt, pepper and garlic...
Cold smoked it with a mix of hickory and oak in the amazin smoker for a couple hours while I made the bread and dogs...them back to the steak...
Whole thing was a success. ..
