50/50 mix of melted butter and vinegar. Add some salt. Spray on legs throughout the cook. Basic, but my family loves it.They/Them

I like Goya Mojo Criollo. Don't think I've ever done legs, but thighs are awesome!! Marinate for a few hours, add a little s&p, some cherry for smoke...Good stuff!
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

Garam Masala and Indian red chili powder. That's a spicy meatballa! For the family you can do a Tandoori Masala rub. Make a raita for a sauce.

Melted butter and garlic salt. Simple but outstanding... if you're a salt lover like my family tends to be. Paint it on throughout the cook.
