Snow Day #2 - Ribs

Well I fought it off last night. Made the treacherous journey to Winn Dixie and got a slab of beef and spare ribs. Gonna let em smoke for a while. Now it's time to ride in the snow. She's been a good car.

Looks good. I've never cooked beef ribs before, always pork ribs.

The ones I bought didn't have a lot of meat on them. They were back ribs. I want to try and find some short ribs. These were also a tad dry. Any suggestions?Huntsville, Al LBGE
