Yardbird with Yardbird

Options
Suffering from egg draw all, so decided to cook some chicken. Nothing fancy - skinned quarters, dusted with Plowboys Yardbird, egged at 280 with apple wood for smoke. Pulled them at 170. Sauced with a mustard based sauce 10mins before pulling.

Plated with an avocado and tomato salad, and autumn veg which my sister made indoors. Tried out my new camera too. The chicken was quite good even if I do say so myself. More importantly, it felt damn good to be cooking outside again!
