I thought turbo was 350 degrees. I just put 2 9 pounders on at 9am hoping they'll be ready by 5

I started an 8 lb butt last night (non turbo) and loaded the firebox up to what I thought was Plenty of lump, but this morning the temp has been dropping ! Went out and opened up the egg and I was almost out of lump!!! I've never had that happen! I had to get some more lump going in my chimney starter to get this thing finished! It was a chilly 13 here on the south side of Atlanta this morning!
