Our son loves to fish and he brought home some salmon. A little bit a lemon pepper, cooked over mesquite charcoal and a few alder chips. Delicious

    The one of the main thing I miss about the Bay Area is the seafood and salmon. Understand the drought is delaying the the San Joaquin River reversion back to its natural flow. One of the most impressive site in CA was seeing the hoard of salmon going up the American river to "home". Your salmon looks so good
