Rub was Jack's Old South Huney Muney Cluck Rub Direct raised grate about 400 until almost done. Tossed in sauce and cooked little longer to let sauce set. Sauce - Tabasco, chipotle Tabasco, sriracha, Memphis BBQ company sauce, fresh ground horseradish, gulden's spicy brown mustard, soy sauce, A1, lemon juice, Jack's old south sweet heat mustard sauce, little Smokin guns sweet heat rub. Basically whatever I could grab! When finished, I dipped into side sauce (pictured) which is spicy hidden valley ranch dressing and chipotle Tabasco sauce.
