Eggs on the Egg (pic heavy)

I was hungry and in the mood for breakfast for lunch after reffing and coaching some Upward bball games this morning. I decided to do a variation of the breakfast sandwich recipe by the BBQ Pit Boys (video on Youtube). I didn't have green peppers so I did without that. I did have onions, eggs, some sausage, garlic in a squeeze bottle(sin I know), salt & pepper, English muffins, butter, a bunch of cheese I needed to get rid of, and Tabasco. This was a fun cook and very tasty. Went indirect after adding the eggs. It was almost like a breakfast casserole/pizza but better. Probably not the best way to start a weight loss contest but hey, its the weekend!imageimageimageimageimageimageimageimage

    Awesome!  That is one of my favorite type of things to make.  It reminds me of camping.  The egg is great for this because as you illustrated you can go from "stove top" to "oven" by going indirect.



    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
