Pork Sirloin Bone In End Roast Cook Temp?

Picked up this 5.5 lb bone in roast on sale for $0.99/lb this morning. Trimmed the fat cap a bit and coated with OO and Raging River. I have seen cook at 250* indirect and also 375* and an occasional 325*. I know don't overcook this, 140* IT and let rest. First time doing this here, opinions?

    Just put it on, holding steady about 275*. Its really windy here and temp was wanting to climb with my typical vent settings. I guess if the wind stops I'll need to open it up a bit.
