Freezing Butt - Pull first?

Greetings friends!
I have a butt in the FTC, and am never going to be able to eat it all myself. Not after that video with the girl and the 72 oz steak...
I have a vacuusucker. I'm guessing a litle squirt of apple cider vin and leave it in chunks?

I think it's easier to pull it while it's still warm before freezing. Then you can add your sauce to some bags of pork, or not before packaging and freezing. Then you can defrost,and heat it up.
If you don't add sauce before freezing then you can add a different sauce to each bag to change things up.
My two cents.

+1 with pull then freeze-but just an opinion...Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Pull or slice and freeze.. Warm it when ready in a skillet and add your liquid then.

I don't have a sealer, just freezer bags. But I pull, then throw in the bag with whatever rub I used and a little Coca-Cola.A LBGE perched atop Lookout Mountain, Fort Payne, Alabama
