Went to the wine store and found a bottle of Treasure Hunter's wine. Great wine at a bargain price (google it) . Then tried out my new Lodge cast iron dutch oven with some simple beef stew. It's been on for 3 hours now. I think It will be ready when UNC plays. 
Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent.
