Turkey Roaster Needs to be Replaced - Any Suggestions?

My turkey roaster for the egg started shedding the anti-stick coating and I'm in the market for a new one.  Anyone have suggestions on which kind holds up best from an egg point of view?  I've seen them priced from $20 to over $300.

I use a roasting rack if the turkey fits and not going spatchcock otherwise I place the bird directly on  the cooking grid in an indirect setup.  You can put an elevated drip pan on the platesetter or whatever heat deflector you use to capture drippings etc for gravy.  One option that may let you spend more $$ on the BGE and not the roaster.

I did not want a non-stick roaster - it is not as durable as good stainless.  I bought this setup a couple of years ago and am really pleased - It should last a lifetime.

Paderno has a great selection of roasters. They have offset handles so they are good for the egg. I have some Paderno rectangular pans that I prefer to a roaster though.
